I understand that this is a broad and somewhat unanswerable question, but why is society the way it is? Why do people do things the way they do and why do other people respond differently? I have always been interested in these types of philosophical questions of life and want to learn more about them over the course of the year.
Also, why do I like certain types of books like mystery and action? Of course I am a guy so I don't expect to be reading Fifty Shades of Gray, but I wonder what draws me to that style.

ReplyDeleteI always try and wrap my mind around those type of big questions as well. I think the years it has built up over time formed the strange society we have today. Hope you get some kind of answer to those questions!
